This blog is about process-oriented organizational design and its impact on organizational performance. My research on process management and its effects on firm performance started in 2006, when I was a PhD student at Graz University of Technology, Austria. I decided to start this blog in 2009 when the first results of my research were available. Being a strictly independent platform, blog posts discuss research issues, practical tools and applications, important events, current trends, book reviews, etc.
